Warranty and Returns Policy

WIGme - FREE 14 DAY EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
Be sure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to receive a refund or exchange.
All items to be returned must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging with any tags, accessories, manuals and items that may have been included with the original purchase.
Our couriers will arrange collection of the product to be returned. Once we have received and inspected the return, any refund due will be processed.
In the case of a refund, we will credit the amount you paid for the returned product as cashback into your www.wigme.com account for COD orders, or refund your Credit Card/Paypal account for Credit Card/Paypal orders. We do not provide cash refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested. To process an exchange, you will need to return the original product to us and place an order for the new item you would like in exchange.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
  • Jewellery products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • All electronics products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Open, used or incomplete returned products will not be refunded or exchanged unless defective or faulty.
Faulty Returns under Warranty
We do hope you enjoy and get the most out of the items you purchase from www.wigme.com. However, from time to time products can become defective and, although this can be frustrating, be sure that we are here to help. As a note, all our electrical products come with at least a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
If a product becomes defective within the first 14 days, simply contact us to arrange an exchange and we will send a replacement product out to you.
If a product becomes defective after 14 days and is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, it is often helpful to first visit the manufacturer’s website or contact them directly, as they may be able to offer support and find a solution to the issue you have with the product.
This can often be far less inconvenient for you than having to send a product back for repair or replacement, especially if the issue can be easily resolved.
You can, of course, contact us should you not wish to contact the manufacturer. To do this, follow these simple steps:
  • Go to the “www.wigme.com’ Section (you will need to sign in).
  • Click on ‘My Returns’.
  • Find the order that contains the item you want to return.
  • Select the item you wish to return.
  • Select the return reason from the drop-down menu.
  • Place the product in a secure package.
  • Wait for our courier to contact you for collection.
  • For faults under warranty, we will follow the procedure as laid down by the manufacturer’s warranty. In many cases, products will be sent away for diagnosis and repair once received by us.

No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN, WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT.
